Focused on pan-genome research of wheat, with expertise in computational genomics and bioinformatics analysis.
I am a Phd Student at China Agricultural University, working under the supervision of Professor Weilong Guo. My research focuses on wheat pan-genome analysis, structural variation identification, and their association with important agronomic traits. I specialize in computational genomics, bioinformatics data analysis, and comparative genomics.
My primary research interest lies in the following area
My research focuses on constructing and analyzing pan-genomes to capture the complete genetic diversity of wheat and Triticeae species. I am interested in study homologous gene clusters in ultra-super-pangenome level, exploring their evolutionary patterns, and associating them with important agronomic traits. This work aims to provide insights into wheat genome evolution and facilitate molecular breeding.
